Coldweb: A Convenient Ordering App for TRACT Wholesale
Coldweb is a free ordering application developed by Lady Lodge Systems Ltd for existing account holders to Foodservice Wholesalers using the TRACT Foodservice Distribution system. With this app, placing an order has never been easier. Once the app is initialized, you can compile your order or search for and add products without an internet connection. However, an internet connection is necessary to submit your order.
With an internet connection, you can access more detailed product specifications, larger product images, and account information, including a current statement of account and future delivery dates. Upon downloading the app, you will need to enter an authentication code to register it to your wholesaler. Your TRACT Wholesaler will be publicizing the authentication code, so make sure to contact them directly if you haven't been told what it is. Once authenticated and linked to your wholesaler, you will be able to log in with your normal account code and Coldweb password.
